This year the project is geared towards the <strong>development of immersive experiences<\/strong> such as augmented reality (AR), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and artificial intelligence (AI). Walt Disney Company has chosen layer-2 scaling platform, Polygon, in its accelerator program targeting to reboot its virtual experience. <strong>Bonnie Rosen<\/strong>, general manager of the Disney cccelerator program, said<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>&#8220;The Disney Accelerator is thrilled to be part of the newest class of companies. Each participant will also attend a <strong>&#8216;demo day&#8217;<\/strong> at Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. Polygon CEO, <strong>Ryan Watt<\/strong>, tweeted that Polygon is \u201c<strong>the only blockchain selected\u201d<\/strong> to Disney\u2019s prestigious Accelerator program. He emphasized,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>&#8220;The selection in the program speaks volumes to the work being done at Polygon, and where we\u2019re going as a company.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Polygon will be the only blockchain company in the program.
