The promotional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/Ce6bUEYjdB5\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video<\/a> saw football megastars, Lionel Messi and Neymar join forces with Chou, teasing a preview of the artwork, which combines <strong>PSG\u2019s mascot with Chou\u2019s unique style of design.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to the official <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/messi-and-neymar-of-psg-join-forces-with-jay-chou-to-redefine-metaverse-art-and-charity---and-who-is-jay-chou-301570795.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog post<\/a>, Chou, who starred in popular movies like, &#8220;The Green Hornet&#8221; and &#8220;Now You See Me 2&#8221; will be represented by another Honk Kong based singer, <strong>Edison Chen&#8217;s company<\/strong> for the metaverse project. Last year, Chou, sold his white-glove art collection at Sotheby&#8217;s for a whopping $<strong><span class=\"xn-money\">10.7 million<\/span>.<\/strong> This year, the Mandpop star inked a deal with PSG to innovate a new form of metaverse art.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The collaboration aims to propell PSG&#8217;s popularity within Asia. By the same token, Chou is seeking to expand his reach in <span class=\"xn-location\">Europe<\/span>\u00a0and could soon announce a concert at <strong>Parc des Princes, PSG&#8217;s stadium<\/strong>, marking the first time a Mandarin artist has performed there.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Football Clubs Rendezvous With Crypto<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">This is not the first time PSG has experimented with crypto. The football club launched its own <strong>PSG fan token<\/strong> in 2020, and planned to use<strong> cryptocurrency to pay for part of the contract<\/strong> of Lionel Messi.
