Cualquier inversor que opere con esta entidad lo hace por su cuenta y riesgo\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Como fue previamente\u00a0reportadoel 5 de junio, la SEC estadounidense present\u00f3 una demanda contra Binance y CZ por la presunta violaci\u00f3n de las leyes sobre valores. La\u00a0<strong>demanda incluye 13 cargos<\/strong>\u00a0en las cuales se listan ofertas y ventas no registradas de tokens BNB y BUSD, junto con los productos Simple Earn y BNB Vault, y el programa de stakes del exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Binance se encuentra actualmente inmersa en una batalla legal con la SEC con un largo camino por recorrer. La empresa se ha comprometido a dar un duro golpe a la SEC en los tribunales. Con el acuerdo aprobado, el anterior\u00a0<strong>la orden de restricci\u00f3n temporal (TRO) que pretend\u00eda congelar todos los activos de Binance en EE.UU. ha sido desestimada, permitiendo que el exchange opere con normalidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el acuerdo,\u00a0<strong>s\u00f3lo los empleados de Binance US pueden tener acceso a los fondos de los clientes y los clientes pueden retirar fondos hasta que se resuelva el litigio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque Binance ha conseguido un importante relevo inicial, a\u00fan queda mucho camino por recorrer en esta lucha.
